What You Will DO:
Perform preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment, which includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Full chemical cleaning on the inside coils, cleaning outside coil, drain line flushing, condensate pump cleaning, operational tests for all component
- Integrity tests for the compressor, capacitors, contactors, fans, motors, limit, and safety controls
- Refrigerant charge testing and line inspection
- Airflow adjustments
- Static pressure testing
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- EPA Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
