Annual Service Agreement

At only $195 per system per year, our annual service agreement is an excellent way to ensure affordable AC service year-round. Your contract includes a 10% discount on all parts, repairs, and products, plus two annual visits, scheduled approximately six months apart.

First Visit Highlights:

• Chemical cleaning of the evaporator coil
• Cleaning condenser coils
• Flushing the condensate line
• Adding algae tabs to inhibit mold
• Checking the complete system for proper operation, including fan motors, belts, contactors, relays, control boards, reversing valves, suction accumulators, expansion devices, coils, refrigerant pressures, temperatures, and outlet air temperature

Second Visit Highlights:

• Rinsing the condenser coil 
• Flushing the condensate line 
• Adding algae tabs to inhibit mold 
• Checking the complete system for proper operation, including fan motors, belts, contactors, relays, control boards, reversing valves, suction accumulators, expansion devices, coils, refrigerant pressures, temperatures, and outlet air temperature
