Florida’s Smartest HVAC Install. Not Bragging! (ok, maybe a little)

3H installs AC & Heating equipment the smart way!

The #1 most important element in the HVAC world is installation!  At 3H, we perform analysis before, during, and after a new system is installed. WHY?? Because we believe in long-lasting, efficient systems that work, that’s why.  Can you imagine that?

AND.. What about that warranty?
New residential systems have a warranty that covers all major parts for 10-years. This means less worry for you! All new installs include a 1–year labor warranty AND a FREE (YES! FREE) checkup one year later. This is so we can make sure things continue to run smoothly! AND.. that’s NOT all.. 3H always registers your equipment with the vendor, so you don’t have to!

We got you covered!
This means you are covered for most things that may go wrong for quite some time. Need more security? You can purchase that, too… But chances are, you’ll never have to use it.

Here's why 3H's installations are different

Getting the right HVAC system and equipment takes strategy. It’s not an easy fix and should be thoroughly considered. Doing it right requires serious pre-installation legwork. Otherwise, you might end up with a system that underperforms… and who wants that? Nobody! That’s why our installations include:

  • Manual load calculations for proper equipment sizing in each zone
  • Ductwork analysis to assess airflow limitations, impact of duct infrastructure on system performance, and opportunities to improve efficiency and comfort
  • Additional calculations to help you select equipment and understand the impact of ductwork and grille modifications (when needed)
  • Your choice of two-speed or variable speed AC and two-stage or modulating heating/furnace equipment in addition to standard options

After your installation, we don’t just wave goodbye and exit the stage. We schedule a follow-up appointment – not a callback, but a post-installation evaluation – to make sure everything’s working properly. You can expect a 1 year free check-up, and mid-point check, to ensure any adjustments needed are applied. Here’s how do it:

  • Top-to-bottom quality control audit that covers every aspect of system operation
  • Subjective comfort evaluation – is the system keeping you comfortable? If not, we’ll get to the bottom of it
  • Re-testing to ensure proper airflow, ductwork performance, and room-to-room pressure balance

Frequently Asked Questions

HVAC is short for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. The term HVAC usually refers to the whole heating and cooling system including the air filters, duct work, humidity controls, and registers.

An AC unit needs to be just the right size. A unit that is too big will not run very often and will therefore not keep the humidity at the proper level. A unit that is too small will run all the time and increase your electric bill. The 3HAC engineers will make sure you get the unit that is just the right size for your home.
