The way this company does business should be an example for every other contracting company out there. No BS, Smart advice, honest pricing, total transparency about what is wrong, what you need and why you need it. With that said.. this company saved me over 6 thousand dollars. Not only did they provide an accurate diagnosis with my system, they also provided no nonsense advice about system replacement. Instead of telling me the most expensive option was the best, they gave me the best advice on what I needed for my current home and situation.. hence the part about saving me 6 grand. They didn't just give me a list of options, they guided me on what my situation required, and what would save me the most money in the long run and it wasn't the most expensive option. They also went utterly out of their way to accommodate my schedule, even though I'm a new customer. They came after hours, no charge and inspected every last inch of my set up to give me an estimate for replacement. That was the first visit. David's the one who came by, and he was nice, professional and helpful. It gets better. When I spoke to Brian, the owner, and told him about the other company's diagnosis, he knew instantly it was misdiagnosed because of how my system was working. He immediately sent another guy out to diagnose the problem correctly, even though he already knew I decided to replace the whole system. And again, they came after hours in the evening to accommodate my schedule. Richard was the second tech to come out, and he was just as helpful, nice and thorough as David. Its a good thing he came out too, because the issue was a drain not up to code, was clogged, and was backing sand and dirt into my drain pan, which was causing a flood. If that wasn't handled it would have affected my new unit. They not only blew out the drain line, but fixed the issue with the drain set up so that it would drain properly without any back up. He also vacuumed all the visible standing water sitting my garage. All this, and they still haven't charged me a dime for either visit. Next comes the install. All 3 individuals.. Sonnie, Ken, and Ryan, were respectful, courteous, and professional. They stayed all day to make absolutely ensure the install was done properly. There were a couple hiccups with the install, and instead of just doing the job and leaving and letting me deal with the issues later, which could of happened very easily considering what the hiccups were, they stayed until they knew there would be no issues and that the install was done RIGHT. That is professionalism right there. That is what myself and every homeowner are looking for.. people who give a damn about the customer, and have pride in what they do... people who WANT to be professional. In addition to this, the water damaged a storage area, and there was alot of small odds and ends that got caught in the water I had to clean up and throw away.. only I didn't.. because they cleaned it all for me! I tell you if this company wasn't only focused on HVAC and completed all types of home repair systems and projects like a general contractor.. I would never work with any other company again. I am utterly speechless at the level of service, the value, the professionalism, the work ethic, and the courtesy this company has shown me. It truly brings a tear to my eye. I wish everyone operated like this. You, 3H, have a customer for the rest of my life. I am so happy with the this company, I would invest in it, wear their t-shirts, give out biz cards, and suggest them to anyone who will listen to me shout emphatically, there is truly no one else like them. Thank you SO much for everything. Truly outstanding work! Oh! I also have to give a shout out to Sheryl and Bonnie, the girls in the office. Sheryl was always just a joy to have on the phone.
